The guy is 21 years old, 6'04, 210 lbs, most likely already replaced Adrian Gonzalez from playing at first base. Already with 22 home runs, two shy of catching up with Aaron Judge.
Judge, 25 years old, 6'07, 282 lbs....Judge is a big guy and the pounds he carries drives balls way out to the bleachers. Reminds me of a Giancarlo Stanton.

anybody who works out drinks them. So with him being in MLB I guarantee you he drinks hella protein shakes
your supposed to drink one within 15 minutes of completing a workout. I never knew this until recently but I can tell a big difference in fitness with proper diet and protein intake.
i used to complete a workout and immediately start drinking beer afterward and not eat anything for hours
the result I was fat with decent muscle in my arms not a good look
my weakness now is jelly beans
