    sounds terrible for the amount of money you will be risking in game two with that juice. I would rather do the parlay of the other dogs for 1 unit.

    -300 is beyond crazy in baseball and I don't care if Nolan freaking Ryan in his prime takes the mound tonight. It shouldn't be no -300 in the hardest sport to predict and handicap. What if he has a blister in the first inning or gets smoked by a line drive ? No, thanks. Clayton can call to tell me he's chipping in half the money before the game and even than I'll think twice laying that kind of juice.

    I'm statistics guy, Kershaw should win, but you can't use the 7-0 career record as a handicapping tool.
    Kershaw beat the Mets 6-0 in 2009. The Mets had Sheffield batting cleanup, Tatis batting fifth, and Ryan Church batting sixth?

    b)you're not guaranteed a ninth inning at bat.
    If you're winning 1-0 after 8 1/2, game over, you win, unless you bet the run line, you lose.

    Oh, yes Wheeler got lit up after his last start, however a pitchers last start is not a good indicator as to how he will pitch his next game.
    For 1000 reasons. Like was it one the road on a mound that made him uncomfortable, were there weather concerns that bothered him, was he feeling well? Was the opposing lineup a lineup that gives him trouble, left handed batting top heavy etc... etc...

    I'm not betting the Mets, if I did I'd take +1 1/2 runs at +130 or whatever the price is now.
    The best bet for this game is over 7 runs, but I may pass on that too.
