Their TV ratings have shattered older numbers as people are watching in record amounts. Season tickets here in Houston are ~ $60k each for good seats.
The NBA's target audience today is "affluent". They're not catering to the poor.
I can't tell another man what they should sit or stand up for but I've always felt the only way to voice your concerns is to have a seat at the table. What better way then at the White House? I'm really surprised this would come out so soon and I would hope they would reconsider but it's their choice. I respect anyone's choice no matter how bad I think it is.
