You cannot say Harden was on the take. But most of the NBA games are rigged in favor of Vegas.

Fade the the team that was betted heavy. Big money was on Washington Caps and G6 game of Houston. You know what happened.
10 years down the stretch we will have many whistle blowers.

You know why MLB does not like the idea of using technology for strike zone.

Yes, what happens is that the NBA and NBA referees figure out which side is the 'public' side and then they favour the other side. They want to alienate the betting public, is that it? Or they just like to make sure Vegas wins? How does this make sense?

Or do you think it is just possible that Vegas knows which way to lean the numbers to maximize their profitability? That seems to make a lot more sense to me.

10 years down the road nothing will change. People have been saying that sports are fixed for the last 50 years....where are all of the whistle blowers from those eras?

    Unreal

    investigation was conducted.....

results showed there was something, indeed, up with The Beard.... literally..... in the Beard, more exactly....

    these:

why harden was so lackadasical..... so many of them in that f'n shaggy beard that they sucked enough blood out of him to seriously reduce his ability to play.... lack of oxygen to the bod shut him down......

Not saying the game was rigged. Not saying a conspiracy.

But you do have to question Harden's integrity during the game.

This guy was MVP front runner?

Nobody, no matter how stupid they are, would go out and lose by 39 and have the worst game of their career. Harden is just not good with pressure. Harden is not a mentally strong player and Pops took D'Antoni to school. His adjustments were bang on.

    Fixed, my ass. Clowns.

I agree 100% with everything Dollars2Donuts has said...If Harden was going to "fix" that game, he could have played his ass off, scored 30 points and had a triple-double and the Rockets still could have lost the game by 4 to 8 points and nobody would be saying a word... Why on earth would he deliberately fix a game and play this horribly??...

NBA games are not fixed...They simply are not...Like Dollars said, where are all the whistle-blowers from the last 40+ years for any professional sport???... There are none because none of the games were fixed...The 1919 World Series was fixed, and the whistle-blowers were out in full force...Books written, investigations, suspensions and lifetime bans...

People need an excuse to vent for a losing bet and it always comes down to believing some impossible-to-orchestrate "conspiracy" by Vegas or the SportsBooks or by whomever....No chance...

That's all that needs to be said...Oh and let's not forget the $200 million contract he signed with Adidas who will be paying him that $200 million over 13 years...

So why would Harden jeopardize at minimum, $300 million dollars plus whatever he gets on a new contract plus whatever other endorsements he has and will get in the future -- to make, what on this "fix", a few hundred thousand or maybe stretch it out to a million dollars???...He is going to risk $300+ million to make $1 million on a "fix"????...

Why on earth would anyone do that???...

Of course he did NOT fix that game last night...He had a terrible game...Horrible game...And it's there on video for anyone to see for the next 100 years and he will have to live with that...But he didn't fix the game...

NBA games are not fixed...Crazy things happen during games every now and then...Including playoffs, there are roughly 1300 games played every year...Anomalies are going to happen when you have 1300 game lines, game totals, 1st half lines, 1st half totals, 1st quarter lines, 1st quarter totals, 2nd half lines, etc, etc...

And all the frustrated bettors are going to scream "fix" or "rigged" whenever one of these anomalies burns one of their tickets...

Get over it...NBA, NHL, MLB and NFL games are not fixed...And neither are 99.99% of NCAA football and basketball games...

And I have taken hundreds of "bad beats" over the last couple of decades...Part of the game...Like poker...On to the next game or the next hand...

You gotta let it go...Like a shooter who missed his last shot or an infielder who just made a big error...You need to have a short memory and let it go...It's not fixed...

James Harden needed some cheering up Thursday night, and it appears he got it.

After his Houston Rockets were eliminated from the playoffs via a Game 6 blowout loss to the San Antonio Spurs, the All-Star guard partied "all night long" at a Houston nightclub as fans serenaded him with "MVP" chants, according to TMZ Sports.

Harden registered just 10 points on 2-of-11 shooting in the 114-75 shellacking, and took responsibility for the embarrassing defeat.

Clearly he didn't spend too much time beating himself up over it.

Call it whatever you want - For whatever reason, he had no interest in winning the game. That's the point! He throws up 20-30+ shots every night, but in the biggest game of the year he didn't take his first shot till mid-2nd Q. Fear of success or whatever, it was well out of the ordinary. Other than that Houston strip club he's being roasted coast to coast!

Exactly, he had no interest in playing hard and winning which was extremely clear if you watched how he played. My guess was there was a rift between him and coaches, him and teammates, something like that, and he said "penetrate it i'll pass more good luck". Very petty, shows how much of a dog he is.

The fact that he was out partying all night shows he went into that game not giving a shit, didn't want to play hard, and expected to lose. I don't expect players to mope around after losing games like that and take it as hard as fans do, but come on, he played probably the worst game of his life, looked like he didn't care, then goes out and parties all night? At least wait until the weekend, jeez.

so where are said whistleblowers of the previous 50 years? why do the spreads hit right at 50%? u sound idiotic. and if they just fade heavy betted teams, explain the cavs and warriors runs. these leagues are self sufficient with stars signing 200-300 million dollar contracts. teams worth billions. yet they cower to vegas influence lol

FACT: Harden did not attempt to perform at his level. ABSOLUTELY ZERO effort and could care less about winning that game. This is undisputed. Question is ..... why?
    What was his motive.

HE PURPOSEDLY DID NOT TRY OR GIVE A SHIT IN A HOME ELIMINATION GAME

Did u miss the whole Donaghy fiasco or did u bye the line it was only him being corrupt. God bless guys like you who will go down dying for your hero's. All these fuking sports are rigged and u are to stupid to realize it and what that tells me is that u are a losing gambler. Yeah i got it. Vegas lines makers are so sharp they are head and shoulders above evveryone lol. They have the same info we all got but one and that is what coach will stiff a game, what player will shave the points, or what refs will call what. That is how they have the edge. Do u remember when Marc Cuban said the league was rigged. When they asked him how do u know that he said the refs get a sheet every game on how to call the game. Now why the fuk do they need a sheet on how to call the game?

Ten years down the road u won't hear shit. I have writings on another site showing what guys are crooks and sure enuf every single one of these crooks get tv jobs when they retire.
The one i was really shocked about was Billups cause this fuk couldn't speak well but even he got a job. His speaking has improved and u can thank him for getting Lebron the finals the one year against Detroit. Lebron had one good game in those finals and people acted like he was a god and lifted everyone on his back and carried them lol. League a fuking joke and so is hockey. What u boys need to do is find the face of the league and use that as a tool to bet. U think they were gonna let the Russian go to the finals before Crosby? He lay's down like a pig every year just so Crosby can advance the same way Bret Farve used to so Mcnabb could succeed.
