#37Keen eye. Does Maryland have to play Purdue?Originally posted by DOM_TorettoI'm thinking:
Oregon 1.5/1 - best team in PAC and Zona-UCLA have to play each other before finals.
Maryland 10/1 - double bye in hometown with easy road to finals.
Florida State 8/1 & Notre Dame 10/1 - one of these teams should emerge from their side of the bracket to make it to the finals to play UNC/Duke/Louisville most likely. I'm assuming the ACC bracket is fixed, as opposed to reorganizing each round based on seeding - correct?Comment -

#38I'm getting a strange feeling about Oklahoma. They've played everyone tough as of late. I think they beat TCU again. They played Kansas on Senior night in Lawrence tough and led at the break. This team is extremely young, but are well coached. I could see them make a run in the big 12 tournament. I realize they lost their most experienced player, but who knows stranger things have happened. This team is growing up. Oklahoma to win big 12 +7500Comment -

#39Cuseeeee +3500. Plow through Miami, UNC, Duke, FSU. Shit we beat 3 of them already. We're due to beat UNC.
A man can dream. If Duke doesn't beat L'Ville then never mind.
I just wanna beat Miami, get in the Tourney as a 10 or 11. Cuse as an 11 sucks for the 6, and 3 seed.Comment -

#41Why would a 2 seed ever be +800, ask yourself that.Originally posted by Yazworm91They've already moved from +800 to +515 on 5dimes. I only played a unit on them at +800.Comment -

#42I put my money where my mouth is. 1 unit each on UNC, Kentucky, Purdue, SMU, Kansas, and Oregon to win their respective conference tourneys. Let's see how it goes.Originally posted by seaborneqTake the number one seed in each conference and you should be over .500 plus you are getting plus odds on all of them.Comment -

#43Memory serves me correctly the chlak rolled last year, but usually we get upsets.Originally posted by seaborneqI put my money where my mouth is. 1 unit each on UNC, Kentucky, Purdue, SMU, Kansas, and Oregon to win their respective conference tourneys. Let's see how it goes.
Little motivation for teams with seeds set and national title thoughts.Comment -

#44I don't think seeds are quite set. The NCAA tourney committee will move teams to different regions and move a team up or down depending on how they fair in tourneys. The only one that truly doesn't matter is the big 10. They are normally still playing when the selection show is on or finish 30 minutes before.Originally posted by thetrinityMemory serves me correctly the chlak rolled last year, but usually we get upsets.

#45Changing it up:
Here's some teams who need to win at least a game (maybe more):
Wake, Rhode Island, Kansas St, Xavier, Iowa, Illinois, Utah, Cal, USC, Georgia, Vanderbilt.
I'm sure I forgot someComment -

#46Maybe a line move at most. Kansas will get a 1 seed regardless.Originally posted by seaborneqI don't think seeds are quite set. SMU will get ****** by the committee, but on sheer talent, they should win the American.
I always preferred to go game by game in these. Teams get in a groove, teams look lazy in wins, teams get into tough games when their next opponent rolls, etcComment -

#47Kansas just lost the overall number one seed. If things break right they might lose the one seed altogether. UCLA and Oregon could both get one seeds now.Originally posted by thetrinityMaybe a line move at most. Kansas will get a 1 seed regardless.
