Penn State has somewhat of a case. Wash. lost at home to USC. PSU wasnt healthy when they lost, thats not the committees fault so that doesnt matter, but their losses were on the road, PSU lost close game to Pitt on the road by 3 who beat Clemson at Clemson.

PSU wasnt healthy then, Clemson lost to Pitt also. Temple is a good football team, just won their conference championship. Clemson, close games to Auburn, TROY, NC State, Louisville, FSU, and VTech. Could have lost either of those. They say margin matters.
