jj I would usually go to target about 8 pm on black friday. I would spend 500 on toys for the catholic church. It was to make up for my sins. When I had my stroke the neurologist told me I am the only person who had a stroke where i did that lived. I guess those blessings helped. There is nothing worse than being in a hospital for 6 weeks and never being able to eat solid foods. My buddy snuck me in a reeces piece and they had to perform the Heimlich. ! month after my release they had to do it at a mexican restaurant. Wasn't a pretty site.

I swung by Best Buy to pick up 2 flash drives for the Wii U's. They were almost triple what they are on Amazon, and they don't price match during this shit. Had to wait in line as some Mexican lady was arguing with the cashier because her credit card was getting declined (she opened up a store credit card eventually). Originally Posted by jjgold

This is all a curiosity to me, as I am an Olympic-level procrastinator. I'm the guy who in college did zero work until the night before the test or the night before the paper was due. I'm the guy who just makes (or misses) every bus/train/flight/appointment/meeting.
So it would take some serious goddamn deals to get me out at the beginning of the shopping season.
Having said that, I do desperately need a new computer. Was thinking of going to Micro Center today.
Question: I mean I just assumed this BF stuff is all BS, and you save like $10 off what you save every other damn day, since everyplace is ALWAYS running sales 24/7 anyway. But... am I wrong? Could I save some serious coin on stuff today? Do tell.

Yeah, Cyber Monday is the better option. Not as cheap but you don't have to deal with morons and they deliver it to your door. The only places I went for Black Friday was Best Buy last night to get flash drives, which were way overpriced, then Office Depot twice today to get flash drives since I sold out of the ones I bought this morning.
Amazon has the same ones for the same price as Office Depot, so I'll just be getting them there unless I need them right away again.

Anyone been able to find one of those new NES classics Nintendo just came out with has 30 pre loaded classic regular Nintendo games for 60 retail? Problem is there like 200-1000 online because there sold out everywhere!!!!
