Use Bitcoin... and right now... Circle.com is the best way to instantly fund it.

This. And then send to tor wallet. And anonymize your coin. Then send to online book. On withdrawal send back through tor wallet amd anonymize your coin. Can send to circle once anonymized. From circle send to bitpay wallet with your synched bitpay v..i..s..a Then spend or withdraw anywhere or atm that takes v..i..s..a.. Tor wallet anonymizing takes a day each run through. So yes process there slows a bit. Circle to bitpay wallet is a few hours. Bitpay wallet to a synced bitpay v..i..s..a.. Is instant. I just gave you the best.

Deposit bitcoin. 1. Your bank account synched with circle. 2. Fund circle. 3. Circle to tor wallet. 4. Anonymize coin. 5. Deposit book. Process 4 -5 days. Withdrawal. 1. Withdraw from book to tor wallet. 2. Anonymize coin. 3. Send to circle. 4. Send to bitpay wallet. Synched bitpay v..i..s..a is instant avaiability. 2-4 days for withdrawal thats clean. Tor and bitpay do not work together due to time constraints. But tor wallet handling is done manually and takes time. So use circle onto bitpay wallet. Good luck.

I would think the majority of people now do use bitcoin to withdraw and fund sportbooks Offshore

Right. And if you do it the way given. You can go di..rect.. D.ep.os.it from your paycheck. All the way to a bitpay v...i.s..a. Anonymized at 2 critical points. And its clean and good to go on bitbay v..i..s...a

And another thing like funding circle from your own bank account does take several days. So just overfund it. I.e. have money already sitting on it. That way when college bowl. Season happens you already trimmed 2 -3 days off the process. I.e book giving out a holiday bonus you have to partake of. You are already ready. Gentlemen keep it clean.
