for the last 4 days. no confirmation of them recieving my email. they have not replied. they don't have a phone number to call, at least they should try to reply to emails within 4 days.
what is your experience with their customer service? how long does it take them to respond to your email?
it almost seem as they're simply ignoring all my emailsComment -

#4I posted in the poker forum about this problem. They move at the speed of snails in terms of replying to emails, 7+ business days for a reply is common. I've played with them here and there for a few years, they were so awesome around Neteller (for USA) days. You rarely needed to write an email then because everything was so quick and reliable.
Their customer service is trash, by far the worst in the online poker industry. I believe the standard wait time for a check is around two weeks with them. It is a crappy experience there, PokerStars replies to you within an hour and is much more helpful, but you will undoubtedly get paid. They aren't going to stiff you.
*also, just make sure your spam folder isn't set to delete random unknown emails. but I'm sure this isn't the problem, they are unfortunately just slow.Comment -

#15Yep. Notoriously slow CS, but you will be paid in the end.
Try Stars if you want better CS.Comment -

#16I use epassporte and typically get paid in within 24 hours... had one take like 48 hours a couple weeks ago but typically they are faster then that... I been reading over at 2+2 that epassporte has slowed down in the last week or so but I haven't requested in that time frame so I don't have personal confirmation on that...Comment -

#19LOL... Never even heard of those sites. And why are you playing at those sites anyway? I only play at Absolute (though, allegedly feeling some heat, this is my main site), Fulltilt, and PokerStars...Comment -
