Keep doing what you're doing if you like burning money. That's all your doing. Very costly and idiotic hobby. I'm sure you could spend those hundreds of $$$ doing cool shit and traveling instead. It's always nice taking a vacation paid for from gambling winnings.

Greg sounds like me in ways. Although its been the casino more than the sports betting these days for me.

I never really looked at it like an investment vehicle or some kind of money making device. I just liked the challenge of beating the line or choosing correctly using my limited resources. I also had beginners luck that sealed my fate initially. This mentality also in poker but I actually did study on poker when the boom happened. Sports betting there wasn't a lot of material out there to help a fish. I had to piece information together via forums and internet searches.

Good advice all of you, I hope things work out Greg although we probably both should just hang up the cleats and enjoy the game.

It's not about the dollar amounts or where you keep the funds, not at all.

Mavs it's a good idea to do nothing at first, and just try to be happy with a balance not spent. I don't think you would have started the thread if you were enjoying you're hobby.

Get back to the enjoyment of the hobby and try to improve you're discipline. Try to do both. Losses on those final plays at the end of the night should feel the same as other losses. If they seem worse because you are making those extra plays you feel you shouldn't and can't curb it, enjoyment will disappear quickly.

    Good Luck Mavs.

troll? i wasn't even talking to you idiot and you had to butt in like the little attention whore that you are. you are a fukking idiot.

i actually did ok last week bitch. how did you do? fukking loser. you're my bitch and always will be my bitch.

Good post Ra77er, keep discipline in your mind GregMav and good luck.

Kahn post something worthwhile. You brag about winning when you didn't and brag about about peanuts for profit when you do. I hope it at least it makes you feel better about yourself but it appears (but doesn't have to be) that you are inefficient with gambling or bet small amounts.

Sports bettors who brag about winning usually don't worry about their efficiency or their gambling as winning doesn't come often to them.

It also helps to gain a bit of maturity as well, whether in the markets or life.

zero, i've made i think 3? deposits of $50 each and have withdrawn $500 once, and got about 600 in there right now. like i said its not like a matter of me needing money, its a matter of the itch to spend every dollar in my account every night.

dude you're fine. people with problems wouldn't say they have problems. for example, kvb...

i've literally seen people lose their houses in bicycle casino dragon room. that's what you call a gambling problem.

you just like action, enjoy the hobby and don't sweat it pal.

I entered this thread because a bad, potentially detrimental, piece of advice was given before Mavs gave the full picture of his situation.

Now it's just attacking typos and cheap insults form this guy. Kahn, take a step back with your obsession. You got caught lying about your bets, just let it go.

No need to be a little bitch about it. Seriously, grow up already.

I kinda agree with this! You have to know your limits! Don't put too much on your account if you like spending all money in there.

it is not so easy to implement as it seems. Addiction to beting is a real and huge problem and involves whole family. Not only bettor who can't control emotions suffers but all people arround him. They need help.

Think of it as investing. Is the guy who trades stocks daily an addict? Is the guy who drinks coffee everyday an addict?
