    Aaron Nola

    LT and many others on this board talked him up like he was the next Kershaw or something but guy looks more like a Jonathan Bronxton. Last 2 games smashed like crazy. Already down 4-1 in the 1st. So what was is bout this guy?

    Guys really struggling right now. He has stuff quality stuff though. Just a very very rough patch right now. Would not back him at all until he has 1 or 2 good starts under his belt again

    Lol Paco did they really talk him up? He's going to be a solid pitcher but he's no ace in this league.

    -130 he's tipping his pitches somehow. Happens to a handful of young pitchers who have probably been doing it their whole career, but ran into major league scouting and got exposed. No way you're that dominant, and hit a wall that badly. Could be injured too, but his velocity is still there IIRC.

    Well, brother. might be a so so team, but they aren't all pitching. It's not like they are losing 2-1 when he pitches. Look at his last four starts BEFORE yesterday, couldn't get out of the 4th inning. He might have speed and talent, but it sure isn't showing lately. Besides, anybody in MLB can hit a 93 MPH fastball, that is what they live for. Me, I wouldn't even get in the batters box. LOL.
