Take Germany to make semi for 3 Units, Germany to win it all 1 Unit. This is a solid play.

Serbia montenegro for sure. During a qualifier against Russia the goalie was hit in the head/face with a flare and suffered burns and a concussion. After play resumed 40 min later. The match was called off when Russia was awarded a PK and serbian fans threw debris onto the pitch and made the striker miss.

Hooliganism and violence is apart of fanhood. Talk to anyone from England or checkout green street hooligans. They go hand in hand everywhere outside of the US

Actually I remember watching a England v France game years ago,and some French fans had brought in a Rooster. Lord knows how they got him in.

    Thats just dumb

Im talking about In and around the stadium being loud, passionate, and showing love for the country.

Fighting for no reason and looking for problems is hooliganism and does not help your team.

Poles are OK and they do have crazy hooligans like Russians but that is just hooliganism and has nothing to do with making your team feel like they have a 12th player.

I would back Germany, Spain, Croatia and England after that...Greece was a 1 off...never happen again in football!

What is with the animosity here? When did voicing opinions to help with bets become fighting words? I don't get it.

Seaweed, you're attempting to transpose American sports culture onto a European one and its not applicable. There is no "12th man" factor. Both teams usually have a strong turnout and everyone gets trashed and sings the team anthem if they're up.

If you really don't think testosterone is essential in fanhood, book tickets to England and show up at a Liverpool bar pregame with a man united or arsenal or whatever opponent jersey and argue that "hooliganism" is just "dumb." Doubt you'd get out of there without a stretcher.

As far as passionate fans goes I would have to say Ireland. When applying to UEFA's ticket portal during the lottery stage there was 800,000 tickets applied for from a total population of 4 million.

We know we won't win and are even big underdogs to qualify from the group but we will have a great time for the 3 group games and always bring in supporters from other teams to have a bit of fun with us.

As it is a gambling forum it should be said that this is the worst Irish team in years and we are in a very tough group with Italy, Belgium and Sweden so the odds on Ireland not to qualify at 1.66 is a good bet unfortunately.

What are your leans for the eurocup crypto? Do you see value in picking a winner and perhaps hedging or more of a game to game basis? Early rounds usually have best value but the eurocup is usually tighter with competition than the world cup

This euro cup will be unlike any before it...more games and an irregular qualifying format...Four 3rd place teams will earn a birth only complicating the path to the final.

I like Portugal over a potential England (typical hype surrounding a team that failed to win at the WC), Germany (over Belgium and WC champs), France (given the bracket are almost assured a semi birth if all goes smoothly) and Spain (lets not forget defending champs and finally turning a page)...After that I really like Croatia because the winner of group D, which I think they can win, will avoid the German bracket.

IF anything...I fear england...1966...in 2016...but england was always loaded with scorers and that didnt amount to much (owen, shearer, rooney, lineker)

If I have to narrow that list from 5 to 3...I say Portugal, France and Germany...

According to my odds...throwing say money on each of the 4 teams minus Croatia...will net you a small profit...only problem is if France wins you will collect about 80-85 percent of your money back:

50 on france to win 170
50 on germany to win 225
50 on spain to win 260
50 on portugal to win 550

only france would lose you 30 bucks the others would be profitable...now make it 500 and add a 0 to the total...

Can't wait. I was born in Prague so I admit I am a little bias. But they are a good team.

    Good luck!

Czechs are in the group of death in my opinion

    Group D

    Teams P W D L F A +/- Pts
    Croatia 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
    Czech Republic 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
    Spain 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
    Turkey 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

They did finish on top of their group in qualifying.

    Group A

    Teams P W D L F A +/- Pts
    1 Czech Republic 10 7 1 2 19 14 5 22
    2 Iceland 10 6 2 2 17 6 11 20
    3 Turkey 10 5 3 2 14 9 5 18
    4 Netherlands 10 4 1 5 17 14 3 13

Dam! Nice break down crypto. Wow, Portugal to turn heads? Is England the Brazil of the euro cup? I feel like there's always hype around them and they never fail to disappoint. The year they had lampard, Gerrard, rooney, Terry etc all in their primes seem better than what they've put out recently no? Croatia as a value play? Nice

Croatia is also rather disappointing though and to me the coach is a large part as he is operating under a very narrow window to prepare his players...motivation is no issue when representing your nation but it goes beyond this...that is why teams like germany and spain will always have that consistency and I expect them to be ready 100 percent for opening matches...
