    Just saw the vid posted above. Looks like the bridge steel beams came down intact. The beam supports just caved in. Concrete used was probably junk without cement. This is what happens in corrupted countries without overseeing. Hey I have this cheap cement I can sell you for 80% off for your bridge. Sure..i will buy 100 tons. Turns out later the cement was just ash.
