I feel like I'm depressed only when I can't order the food I want

Biggie, are you having those thoughts because you are in over your head and can't stop or what? I actually find gambling as an out this year. I broke up with my girlfriend of 5 years and I find it refreshing to be out of the loop. I guess to each their own but I have to think something else has to be going on because many of the things you are describing is some serious shit

I find it hard to unwind; like you ive lost interest in other things too. Try to find balance but I've always been a degen by birth.
