If I were in Europe, I would not play with any book located offshore, I'd stick with Canbet and the other UK licensed brick and mortar shops that offer online and phone wagering.

The point of my post was to show that these places are reputable, your money is secure and they are licensed in a first world nation and that they would be a better choice than ANY book located in Costa Rica. But coming from you, I would need to see corroboration from someone with credibility who got the offer - or perhaps a name of someone at CRIS who could confirm it. Then I would need to see someone (other than you or Jamie) contact that CRIS person and post that it is confirmed.
