His extreme intelligence betrayed him in those spots more times than not. 14-13 in playoffs does not make u best ever, especially when this years 3-0 run couldve been done by half the qbs in league with that d.
    Manning is 3-1 head to head in the AFC Championship game vs Brady. Considering they can't play against each other in the Super Bowl that is the biggest stage possible. Not quite sure how he pales in comparison in the big moments. As far as Elway goes his Super Bowl winning teams were pretty stacked on Defense themselves with the 8th and 6th ranked defenses to go along with a dominant rushing attack. Lets not act like Elway carried those teams to a super bowl victory.

    No matter how you rank it Brady can never go above Manning for the following reason:

    2011 No Manning, Colts go 2-14
    2008 No Brady, Patriots go 11-5

    Brady had better defense and coaching staff most of his career- We have never seen a QB like Peyton / he is the field coach -Audible more then any other QB that ever play the game - knows exactly which sides the blitz are coming
