Oh....we will. Most likely get an Ice storm that will knock power out for a few days.

Just trolling. It's what I do.

They sure have been. But every team goes thru that in a season. Looked more like themselves past couple of games.

Hit em on the PL tonite. Winner.

Absolutely. Part of the ebb and flow of the season.

Jibber after living in SoCal for 6 years I ask myself that question every winter. I have 4 more years on my tax abatement on my home so when that's up I'm out.

California Is overrated. Been to every part of the state. Only place I would live is san diego.

States is full of Mexicans and shitty highways and overpopulated as well.

Depends where you live it's so spread out.. Lot's of Mexicans but they stick to the poor areas, hey but there is lot's of entertainment, good weather year round, mecca for sports like MMA, we're up their for NBA and now we're getting a football team.. The LA area is really the mecca for all entertainment.. I've spent time in NY as well. More to do for entertainment in Cali by far...

People kinda suck and are a bit shallow at times especially in the rich areas, but I don't know where in the Country or world where you can go surfing in the morning, hop in the car drive 2 hours and go skiing/snow boarding that same day.. Lot's of local Indian casino's, etc... you name it we got it.. Also the job market is pretty solid out here in the LA area..

I'd say for younger adults So Cal is cool as shiiit. Older maybe hit up Florida, Vegas or something.. 4 seasons and that snowed in crap is overrated IMO, I'd go nuts and pull the trigger after a while living in the upper states in winter....

Jibber having lived on both coast there are good in both. What I noticed & used to make me laugh about true Californians was their inability to adapt to different weather changes. When it rains out there you'd think the world was about to end. The day the clocks got moved back & people had to drive home in the dark was the most accidents. East coast people have to learn to adapt & live differently. Christ it was 70 here 4 weeks ago.

Ill agree the people in Cali for the most parts are pretentious and hard to get along with. Never had any issues with the Mexicans. Lots & lots of Asians in Cali though

Yes on all points. I can expand on those thoughts -

We Southern Californians can't adapt to harsh weather conditions easily because we are use to living in good weather year round. Body and mind just doesn't respond and adapt well when subjected to change.. I'm living proof of that..

Yep, there are ton of Asians, Koreans, Chinese and Japs but they tend to gravitate and group up to their own areas of each city, they are clean, typically keep a nice home and generally are very smart, soft spoken and mind their business... I find them to be harmless..

Mexicans are a different story though IMO, while nice and morally sound with family values, they tend to bring down the level of nice high society to almost 3rd world living conditions immediately, they destroy properties, park cars on lawns, loud and drink alot, but worst of all the families constantly liter up the cities, parks and beaches with trash.. Alot of Mexicans are hard workers which I respect but alot of the younger generations turn to crime and gangs now in the inner cities.. Not good!!!

Both the Asians and Mexicans love to populate like crazy also here in LA, lots of kids and the women are always pregnant.. Now I can see why China, Korea and Japan are so jammed packed with people..

Mexicans work to pay for booze and rent. Most are lazy. They are also very dirty. They don't clean up and they have a snarl about them especially the women most of whom are fat and ugly.

The only ones who are doing well are the ones who have good connections and have trading houses or goods moving businesses.

It would absolutely suck to lose power in something like this. Worse than the damn snow.

Before the storm hit... some weather genius estimated 2 million homes would lose power.

Do we have a total yet?
