Matchbook not answeing

I am new here was thinking of setting up an account with Matchbook. Called them 12 times all I get is a recording...whats going on??

Today and yesterday I sent emails about 2 different issues. In each case, I got speedy and well written replies. very nice.

I always do live chat and they seem to be pretty responsive...
