Zero chance warriors come out of the west

Not a chance. This team isn't even that good. Regular season heroes will go out in round 1 or 2. Blowing there load so early lmao.

I can't see the Warriors hanging with the Rockets, Grizz or the Spurs. They are just too talented in the paint where the Warriors don't have much. Playoff games are won in the half court. They are absolutely better than they were last year bc of their D but they better hope they don't get the Rockets or Grizz in the 1st Round. I think they are probably better than the Mavs and Blazers.

They just hung with the grizz in memphis and got hosed on the conley obvious travel,
that resulted in two technicals, 4 pt turn around and lots of momentum. They were robbed. Home grizzly cookin

82 game season... I question if the Spurs can do it again. Golden State young... and talented. I always believe experience is the right call... but Golden State's athleticism and youth might be able to beat experience this time.

Theyed have to run and run if they can get teams running its possible. I remember making some good money with Suns some years back against Spurs in playoffs. Suns ran and ran and could score was just too much for Spurs.

So who is winning the West?

Predicting any one team to "not" win the West isn't really going out on a limb.

    Who is better?

Spurs, Thunder, and Clippers all still slightly better in a playoff setting.

Keep in mind that any big man worth a damn in GSW uniforms is sidelined.

That being said, Bogut remainds healthy and they trade/upgrade DLee at Power Forward and this is yet ANOTHER in a long line of stupid LB threads. Similar to the one saying the Packers wouldn't make playoffs this year (they already clinched and named team captains for playoffs this week you joke of a capper)

West is very wide open, the only playoff teams that I think have no chance are Rockets and Blazers. Warriors could make it, but probably won't just because they aren't built for a 7 game series. Too much jump-shooting and can't depend on Bogut/Lee.

Hard to get a read on Grizz. They are basically the same every year. I'm still not sure they have enough perimeter shooting, which is usually the case for them.

Could you imagine OKC and SA as 7 and 8 seeds.

    Why the Clippers?

I keep putting them in the list of title contenders every year and taking them seriously but when you really think about it what is there to like about this team in a playoff scenario? They can't beat teams that out-execute them (Spurs) or team that out-talent them (Thunder). They only barely got by Golden State who were missing Bogut...

They have to make some moves.

The more incredible (and likely) thing to me would be for OKC and the Spurs to play in the first round as the 4 and 5 seeds. That would be crazy after seeing them face off in 2 of the last 3 conference finals.

You know me pal. I like teams with a really good inside presence. Clippers get easier shots over the course of a 7 game series.

People always say that it's the D, this is such a misconecption partially because Bogut was out in the playoffs last year.

What has changed this year is the offense.

I have to agree...not that I dont think they are good enough but because I cant see Curry lasting that deep in the playoffs. And Im not saying the kid is going to get hurt again, but with the phsyical nature of the playoffs and teams constantly running him around screen after screen, his legs are going to tire and his shot will stop falling the deeper they get. He hates being knocked around as it is, and even last years series against the clips you saw him wearing down in games 6-7. His fg % tanked those last couple games and he was having to take twice as many shots to put up his 20+.

They have more depth this year but as far as Im concerned as Curry goes, they go. And until he proves me wrong, he wont make it 3-4 rds deep with the same effectiveness.

Warriors are no good. Clips shot 27% to warriors 47% and won by a point. This warriors team will get home court and go out round 1.

The Warriors need to baby Bogut so he is healthy for the playoffs. No use burning him up in the regular season.
