    Hi *******

Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. As a responsible gambling operator we'd like to remind you that we provide a range of options to help customers manage their account.

    Information on Keeping Control
Whilst the majority of people do gamble within their means, for some, gambling can become a problem. It may help you to keep control to remember the following:

    - Gambling should be entertaining and not seen as a way of making money.
    - Avoid chasing losses.
    - Only gamble what you can afford to lose.
    - Keep track of the time and amount you spend gambling.
    - If you want to have a break from gambling you can use our Self-Exclude option.

    Deposit Limits
Our Deposit Limit facility allows you to limit the amount of money that can be deposited into your bet365 account. Your Deposit Limit can be set either for periods of 24 hours or 168 hours (7 days). You may lower your limit at any time with immediate effect, however any increase will take 24 hours to be applied to your account.

To set or amend your Deposit Limit, select My Account above then My Details, and click on Personal.

    Further Information
The below options may also be helpful in managing your account:

    - Self-Exclusion or Opt-Out.
    - Problem Gambling Questionnaire.
    - Parental Controls.

If you would like any further information about the above options, please visit theResponsible Gambling section of our website, or Contact Us to speak with a member of our Customer Service team. All our Customer Service staff receive awareness training on problem gambling issues and are available to talk to you about any concerns you may have.

    Kind regards,
    The bet365 Team

my lost has to be roughly -70k i believe.

All of those self exclusion and self limiting features are ultimately useless. Only takes a few mins to sign up at a new book and have action again.

    Hang in there Ariba.

Good for bet365. One of the only ethical books out there. Tried to self exclude myself from "betonline" and they wanted me to mail them a letter in the mail requesting it and jump through all sorts of hoops just to close my account down.

budget yourself. only so much per month.
if you lost that much, forget everything you thought you knew
and start over after a time off for acceptance and education.

Once you start betting thousands per game you can't drop down to betting $20. Just doesn't happen

Try finding a cheaper addiction. What about videogaming? It's just as addictive as gambling, and costs a lot less.

Pretty sure I ave gotten these from 365 and I don't think my activity at their book would qualify as compulsive.

At least not since like 2011

I'd reply and tell them to mind their own penetrating business...but that's just me.

70k is a lot to me, but money is relative, might not be a lot to you. If you are in financial trouble over your gambling maybe be more disciplined or seek some help, otherwise tell them to stfu or you'll take your business elsewhere.
