The reason there is such a massive difference in Wimbledon or any major would be because EVERYONE goes hard and plays 110%.
No one is breaking their backs to win a pool hall tennis tournament in Memphis in November.

You can't tell who's tanking when throughout a year until they are actually playing and doing it.
Guarantee you 500 matches a year are tanked, but not necessarily gonna be labeled "fixed".
