Never heard of them, therefore, they wouldn't get any of my money.

BetPhoenix has strong financial backing by reputable people. We are still getting a handle on the day to day operation and website. It has a focus on Asian bettors.

Heres what I know about them sir.

BetPhoenix currently has no slow pays or processing issues at this time that I know of. I know that their is a DSI connection to them, however they are a totally independent book (DSI is not backing them). They mainly cater to Vietnamese players from what I can tell, because they advertise in those types of magazines.

The only reported payouts that I can find on them are these:

On 2-06-08 SBR poster Newguyintown reported that he received a prompt payment from Betphoenix (SBR rated B-)

SBR poster Newguyintown reported Betphoenix sent him prompt payment on 1/26/08.

Here is a link where SBR poster Cincy shared his experiences with them back on 12/24/07

If my memory serves me correctly SBR poster DarkHorse was considering or is currently playing there, because he inquired about them possibly being added to the SBR Odds service early last month.

Here are a few things I dislike about them.

They are pretty bad when it comes to answering Emails and the live chat feature they have never is working. Also you have to watch out for their dealing of dual vig prices. Not to mention the fact that they make you activate your account right after you sign up with them.

[iSBRFORUM]Betphoenix[/iSBRFORUM] is on record to admitting they use dual vig prices on it's clients who chase steam. This link will better illustrate what I'm referring to sir.

I have continued to get paid by Betphoenix. It may sound as if I'm a Betphoenix shill but just by pure chance, they are the only book I win at it lately. They have paid me perhaps 5 times and most have been speedy.

They've got a "we can steal your money rule"

Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. At the discretion of sportsbook management, professional player or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked, bonus funds and proceeds gained by using bonus funds and be subject to further sanctions.

Most recreational books have this rule.

Correct you are Durito, and some use it more than others.

I had a problem with a cancelled wager with BetPhoenix once, but their great customer service came in and fixed the situation.
