    'm not going to bet for one entire week to show i have will power and can quit at anytime but once that weeks up i will be betting again. I just need to prove to myself that i can quit anytime. im not even going to watch any sports but try to go for a walk outside and maybe learn a new hobby but once that weeks up i will be betting again. thanks for the help guys ive got to straighten this out the hard way and go cold turkey for one week and then i can bet again.
