I requested a ** payout yesterday morning (4/14) and received info to take to ** for payment late last night (still 4/14). Have not yet gone to ** to get the cash, but expect no problems. Requested a check on 4/11 and of course haven't received yet - but that's expected. Will post when I receive it.

I play almost all of my poker on Bodog exclusively and I have requested more than $20,000 in payouts(2k-3k per request) via western union since neteller went down and have recieved EVERY single one within 3 days of my request without problem or incident. Western Union is the way to go with Bodog as you get one free ** withdrawl per week. Forget about the checks and go with **.Comment -
still waiting on bodog payout via check......
play poker online with bodog, and had a good ncaa tourney betting on games, as i am sure everyone else did......requested payout on 3-25-07, received confirmation email the following day (monday) stating that it had been processed and that it would take an average of 7 business days to receive my check. it has now been 23 days (17 business days) and no check. it is not a large amount (about $1k) but still......should i be worried?
i can see how many of the favorites winning/covering in the NCAAs would mean a good tourney for the bettors, thus more payouts after the tourney ended, but seriously, how long does it take to print a check and put it in an envelope.
ive moved over to fulltilt until i see the check. they have a 100% match (up to $600) on their first deposit anyway, so its a free $600 (and no, i dont work for or get paid to plug fulltilt) : )

I have 3 checks that I had not gotten and I've been getting the same runaround as everyone. Yesterday I received the oldest check (3 weeks) via US Postal Priority Mail. I was emailed a tracking number a couple of days ago on it. Just thought everyone might like to know as this is the first check I have heard of anybody getting since the end of the NCAA's.Comment -

Anyone in Canada who has interest in this should pick up a copy of tomorrow's Report on Business Mag. Very damaging to Bodog and Calvin Ayre concerning his shady past. Not because he wants to find a faster way of paying out winners, Ha ha ha, but to hide all his ill-gotten gains before he pulls the plug. Bodog payout
I requested a payout of about $4,000 from Bodog on April 1. I call every few days to check on the status and every time I get a new excuse.
Today the excuse was that because the laws changed in the United States that payouts take longer now.
I thought they were a good book but now they are making me nervous. They claim they can't change my payout method because its already in process.
Are they in trouble? Do you think everyone is going to get their money? I'm starting to worry a little bit.Comment -

I sure HOPE NOT as I have OVER $11,000.00 in BoDog.com at this time! I deposited a $2K check via e-check on 4/2, just cleared my checking account yesterday, 04/19, faxed over copy of the check and bank statement to Bodog, I will be cashing out my entire account balance once Bodog shows this payment cleared in their system.
I dont think that BoDog is trying to screw anyone, at least I hope, I trust them as if someone was really trying to screw you they just would not answer the phone or reply back to your emails that I send! I really hope that this nonsense in regards to slow pays are corrected prior to football season as I have used Bodog from time to time and really enjoy their website and baseball MLB money lines!!!Comment -
I have been playing on Bodog for a while and generally pretty happy with the experience. Most of the Poker players are pretty bad so the low limit tables are easy money for me.
Unfortunately it has been a full month that I have been waiting for my last payout and needless to say I am a little worried.
Every time I call customer service they basically just tell me to wait longer!?!? Now today I got this big story their processors are doing the best they can and a bunch of other crap.
This is just bad business. On top of the runaround they can't even tell me if the check has been mailed yet. The manager said it was not possible to get that information. That is a big question for me. If they mailed the check 2 weeks ago then there was a problem with the mail. In that case I am waiting for something that is never going to come, and the real course of action is to cut a new check.
now I am just rambling...
Anyway I am just a little frustrated at their slow payment and horrible lack of customer service. They have been good to me before this so I am going to give them the benifit of the doubt for now.
I will update this thread when my check gets here.

I made my payout request in early/mid February, and got the check at the end of March. I was notified 2 days ago that it bounced. I'm waiting on around 1k in different payments, but I'm honestly scared to cash the checks now.Comment -
As they are an A+ rated book here, I would anticipate that their status in processing payouts and/or bouncing checks would be a part of BillDozer's promised Monday updates.....at least I sure hope they are! Their currently-quoted 10 day time frame for a Western Union is a bit ridiculous if you ask me.Comment -

and less than a minute later (last time the reply took almost 2 days) i got this email reply from them:
Dear Mr. xxxxxx
Thank you for contacting Customer Service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of our current payout delays. We have learned that a large number of checks that were processed from March 28 and on have been delayed by our third party processor, which has affected a large number of our clients. The processor is restricted by the volume that they can process and have been facing other challenges as well which have all contributed to these delays.
While we are doing everything we can, these payouts are being sent out by the processor in a more gradual fashion than we are used to. You will be receiving your payout but at this moment we cannot project when with any degree of accuracy. Once we are on top of our current backlog, we expect to be back to the speedy payout system that has earned our company one of the best reputations in this industry.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we will work extra hard from a customer service standpoint to win back the respect of you and the rest of our clientele.

Heads up to all. The check situation definitely blows - I am still waiting on one requested on 3/29. However, I requested a ** yesterday and even though their form reply e-mail said it could take up to 10 days to process (which sent shivers down my spine), I received an e-mail with my control code for pickup this morning. I have not yet visited the ** for pickup, but anticipate no problems there.
So, it seems their intentions are still good and that the check processor story is probably for real.

I did not mean to mislead you. My check from the end of March is still pending and could not be cancelled. The ** is a separate 2nd withdrawal request that I made yesterday. The only good news I was trying to convey is that chances are if they are paying **'s that they INTEND to make good on the checks. When the checks actually ARRIVE is a whole different story.
Also, until we hear more than one newbie claim that a check has bounced, I would take that report with a grain of salt. Multiple reliable sources reporting bounced checks would be a different ballgame.Comment -

Can someone PLEASE tell me what BODOG plans on doing for those people who they BOUNCED checks too? I would be really really upset if Bodog bounched a check to me.... Also, according to the ** paperwork if you're receiving less than $1000, you are not REQUIRED to provide ID - doesn't mean some clerk with a boner won't ask for it though. However I think even interrogation would beat the sh*t out of continuing to wait on a check.
Again I will caution all to put too much stock into one newbie's claim of a bounced check. When multiple and/or reliable sources start claiming checks have bounced, then you can ring the firebell. Still, I'm hopeful that BillDozer addresses their POTENTIAL bounced check issue in his Monday updates.

I really hope that Bodog.com will come through on its payouts! I trust Bodog.com and will continue to wager here if there are no problems with my payout! I wager lots of $$$ and only reason I am not giving Caribsports my action is due to their $5000.00 per month limit on my debit card... Caribsports has been there for me for years!! Wish they offered the e-check option... oh well... I like Bodog however have just heard some bad shit over the last few days in regards to bounched checks on more than one site.... I would be shocked to ever obtain a bounched check by a company who probably makes still alot of $$$ from wagering activity... Think that this nonsense new US law will be over turned some how... hell its our money... if they are going to cut off US funds for wagering on games the US Govt really should also ban day trading and stock selling/buying via internet!!
