Got a check
requested a little under 5k on april 8. Got a check for $2500 in the mail today. Hopefully the rest will be coming soon. Check was issued on the first. Hope Bdog resolves their processor problems soon.

I received my check on Saturday, May 5 for $1150. My approval date was April 3. It stinks that it took a month but I'd rather wait a month for a check than to never see one at all.
I will say that I did send messages every week to Bodog for updates though. I have no idea whether or not it helped. Good luck to anyone else waiting for a check. All I can say is to be patient.

My name is (Mr. Smith) and I have a bodog account under this e-mail address. I made a bet with bodog on April 7th and won and then requested a payout. When I go to my account online, all it tells me is the funds from my bank account have not yet cleared, but the date next to it says April 8th. So there has been no follow up to let me know anything that is going on. My funds have been deducted out of my bank account weeks ago and still no sign of any info to let me know where my payout is. I have called twice and have talked to a representative and all they say is the system is slow because of US laws and that my money gets taken out of my bank account and does not go directly to bodog because it goes to middle man and then bodog waits to get it from the middle man. This sounds like a rollercoaster ride of a excuse if I have ever heard one. I am extremly upset with bodog and will never make any future bets ever again. How can my money be in limbo for so long, bodog is the one that owes me money. If I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle I would have never made the bets in the first place. I'm in similar situation. Over the course of March and April I made significant deposits via echeck to bodog. I've worked my account up to a nice balance now and want to make payout. On their website, it still says all my deposits are still pending, even though all of the echecks cleared my bank already. I have been concerned, of course, because in general we have to wait until all deposits have cleared to make payout. I have emailed them several times and pretty much got the same cookie cutter/cut & paste response you got.
Today I contacted customer service, again, and pretty much demanded to know what the deal was. I was told that many customers are in this situation. Apparently, they are having problems/delays getting the funds from the 3rd party processor. However, the good news is (although I haven't done it yet) that if I send them copy of bank statement showing the echecks left my account, then they will "manually clear" the pending transactions and I can then request payout.Comment -

Kid, I can't speak for Mesa, but I received both a message in my account as well as an e-mail from them giving me a FedEx tracking #. My request was on April 27th and I received the message & e-mail yesterday. Probably will get my FedEx tomorrow.

Well it's been one month since I requested and was approved for a check by mail on 4/11/07. I still haven't received a check from Bohog, nor any communications regarding the transaction. It was a low amount - only 1k, but I'm still not happy about it. Sportsbook.com took exactly one month to get me my last check too. So what does that say? Glad I requested all of my other payouts from Bohog through ** - there were no problems with those. I think I'm done with them. I don't have a problem waiting, but I do have a problem with a company saying I will receive it within a certain amount of time and they're wrong by a longshot (Bohog said I would receive it within 10 business days).Comment -

On a serious note, I wonder why the publicity whore Ayre never appears in public to calm the fears of all those whose money he is holding. Received the rest of my payout today (5/14) via USPS Priority. Got $1500 on 5/4 and got 3 $2k checks and 3 $500 checks today (5/14) on a payout request on 4/1. Seems like a 6 week turn-a-round. The set of checks on 5/14 were from a different issuer.Comment -
