I have switched my payout from echeck to Fedex check after the money was put back into my account. Now I have to wait 10 more days for the check. I haven't heard anyone being paid with echeck the last 3 months. We will see...

BETUS has a glitzy marketing campaign that makes them look legit to the uninitiated. I remember signing up to play freerolls on their poker site, and have been getting tons of stuff from them in the mail (from calendars to NFL sporting books) ever since. (I didn't stop them because the calendars and DVDs they sent me were rather nice) Then they had a bunch of celebs pushing their site (J. Ventura, Tom Arnold .........) But I was lucky to stumble on SBR when looking for a book and was steered correctly. BETUS even went to the tactic of setting up a bogus sportbook rating site (Rating BETUS A+) and made claims to me that SBR was influenced by the books themselves. It is a jungle out there.Comment -

Betus are idiots. The only payout I got from them came via neteller a year ago cuz I deposit via neteller. They were a C rated book at the time when I signup. If you were unfortunate to deposit your money by credit card to them then you are never going to see any of it again. To cashout they require that you signoff their credit vouchers, a credit voucher that I requested a million time by phone or email and for some reason it never comes through.

Deposited 1000.00 with BetUS for Super Bowl, won a parlay on the game for 2500.00 still can not get the funds. Have spoken to everyone there including a "Robert Eddy C.O.O and Mike Foreman C.M.O. They continue to tell me the only way they can make a payout is by an e-check to my bank. I was told that Western Union and Money Gram are not an option, and The checks they have recently sent out bounced, because they sent them from the "wrong" account.
I was told an e-check will take 10 days. When I call after 10 days they say there bank was closed, "please wait 10 more days" this has gone on since the superbowl. When I asked how could I deposit more, they said "no problem, we can always take money in, just can not send it out".After my last inquiry with them, the Supervisor said because of all of their charge backs, any withdrawals from credit card deposits will be held a mininum of 6 months. I talked to some of there regular customer service reps in Canada, and they told me that this is their last week there, and than operations will be moved.

HI, i recently noticed that BETUS likes to use different lines when your signed in, compared to not signed in. As you will notice when you are not signed into betus you will see the Patriots vs Dolphines at +18, NOW when you go and sign in, you will see the game at +16 1/2. Now if you really look carefully, just about all the games are off. They make the lines when not signed in so tempting, especially if you like betting underdogs. My problem is what if you want to bet on the dolphins at +18. You go through the whole process of signing up and depositing money, only to find out once your signed in that the line is +16 1/2. NOw i called up and complained to BETUS about this situation, and they told me over and over that the line changed from when i first checked not being signed in, compared to when i signed in. That would make sense if i didnt have 2 monitors hooked up to my 1 computer. 1 monitor had me signed in, the other didnt. NOw time for new bs cause i caught them trying to give me this bs that the line changed to fast on me. Anyway to make a long story short i talked to james ext 2700 and he told me they only update the odds 1 time per day when your not signed in because it slows down the site having to update the odds to often. Anyway i cashed out $900 using a moneygram because i didnt like that shady shit. Payout request was on monday picked up my cash at walmart on wenesday using the moneygram payout option. Along the way they said they couldnt clearly read the front of my debit card i scanned for them, i gave them hell saying if your cant read back the 16 numbers on my card your just a ****in retart. In the end i dont really trust this place with my money.Comment -
