Opti, you're EXACTLY, right. I would say it's NOT a big deal if the twitter-hacks pile on.

If SHE was uncomfortable with his action, then it's a violation. If Hermosa felt violated, there are only two options:
1) Suspend the guy and require a sincere apology.
2) He's at risk of losing his job.
