I'd say that the coaching mismatch showed up in the 1st half:

*Miami got a lot of easy shots they wanted.
*Boston looked off-balance on all their shots.

Robert Williams needs to have an impact for Celts to win here.

So that would give Miami an extra day of rest at least. But going to high altitude for game one against a rested DEN team is gonna be tough, I'm sure it'll be priced into the line... But the Heat are a team that can't be underestimated anymore, regardless of circumstances.
