What's the chance jets beat buffalo. Would seem a contrarian play, which I am not a fan of because stat wise doesn't make sense.

Wow, you already have stats on the forthcoming 2023 season? Impressive.

Chances must be better than we imagine for the spread to be only 1.5

OP's stat probably has more to do with week 1 than actual team potential anyway.

Never stated I had stats, just remember buffalo has been a good team, while jets have not spoken generally as in common knowledge last couple years.

The books make mistakes all the time, believe you me over a years time depending on how many sports one is handicapping, time dedication, 6,000 mistakes or line model variances in which a player has an advantage over the book is pretty easy.

Isn’t there a trend on the Super Bowl winner not covering the spread the first game out?

NFL lines get the blood boiling.

I do wonder about NFL lines getting so precise that there's no edge to shoot at. A lot of information out there. A lot of $$ being bet.

The #s are never THAT FAR off. If the Fair # = the # on the board, you're shooting at air.

Football has got to be for fans. Nothing wrong with it. Just looking at a few past seasons including, cfl, nfl, ncaaf the wagers dont even add up to 8% total yearly volume.. But all that money being wagered on a SB WOW. In nfl I'm out 3 weeks before playoffs

Salud, veri. I use a basic premise on betting:

*The more $$ bet on an event, the more motivation the ODDSMAKER has to post a sharp #.

A 50/50 ticket split (where the # moved little) = guaranteed profit. And a 60/40 split is never too bad when the House is playing at +110 odds.

                            mabye I would consider 24/7 365

Don’t have it all in front of me but SB loser is 5-13 ATS the last 18 years.
