Had to get my #13 pulled on Friday. Seemed ok I was being real careful. Woke up Wednesay morning and felt like I had a sinus infection. Drainage and snot was of the yellow color. Only thing is there is a very foul smell when I lean forward like as if I were bending over to pick up laundry. The foul smell makes me wonder if it's a dry socket. Pain and pressure on the side of the pulled tooth only really. Dull pain though. I can't tell by looking at it if it's a dry socket or not. Could I have ripped a hole through the membrane separating the socket and the sinus cavity?

Luckily my wife had 8 or 9 days of amoxicillin that gave her and allergic reaction so I took one this morning.

Please help!!!

be sure to have a syringe and use it at least 4 times a day. my dentist didn't give me one after i had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. i was in agony until then.
