With new ownership comes a few reminders:
1. Scamming/touting/referral bonuses aren’t allowed. Should you be found to be participating in conversations about this you’ll be banned. If you get a PM, delete and report. You respond = you’re gone. Some of you have been very silly lately thinking you’re going to make $1k a day from a tout and now you’re crying to us for help. I can’t even get 7/11 to refund my dud slurpee. Sorry we can’t get a scammer to refund you and never will. Do better and think better but go elsewhere if you don’t listen to us and think Joe Money is going to make you rich.
2. This isn’t the place for racism, homophobic behaviour and cruel behaviour. Think of this now as the most white bread, vanilla gambling site you’ve ever been to unless you’re in the Saloon and that’s up to whatever mod is working. Still no nudity, weird vids, etc but there is big money involved with this place now so we need to be on 30% of our best behaviour. I realise I couldn’t ask you to do what I can’t.
3. This joint is going to be different and while I was majorly not happy with the hoodwink to start with from sbr, the amount of money and work this crew is putting in is astonishing. They’re of the belief apparently that we roll it all out at once so we don’t crash what we have by doing it piecemeal. So things will crash or not randomly and we just have to accept it.
Finally a big shoutout to the staff here. This has been one of the shittiest transitions of operations known to man. Bravo or TLC would have had a field day with filming what a mess this was and yet the crew here have been impeccable, gone above and beyond with much less tools and worked 3 or 4x the hours they should’ve just to try to get your trivia points paid and lines up in the book. There are real people behind those usernames so please try to remember that when you lash out about your 10 point freeplay.

So what about poker?
Wish I could say I look forward to the improvements, but as being a part of many business projects in the last 25 years, this is the worst start up I’ve ever seen.
Just a few observations:
How the transition was handled….canceling orders that were already placed.
Lack of communication about going forward.
Delays in payments to prize winners.
Lack of ownership presence during the start up and still up to this day.
Just seems like there is no path forward….when you hear the ownership is spending tons of money but not a single person can see a difference…then that may be money spent unwisely.
Hope I’m proven wrong…since I know LT, Spider, Opti and Shari work hard on a daily basis to keep this site together.Comment -
