I didn't need to enter a promo code. Just e-mailed customer service and I had them put in in writing that if I deposited $3000, then I'd get a free $3,000 bonus.
Beyond that, no chat function and the replies have been painfully slow or with canned responses. Can't wait to cash out and be done for good with them in a few days.
The Senator is right. This is not some Mom and Pop operation. We have to watch JB Smoove commercials over and over...at least get basic things right and make it easy. I assume you're saying in the cashier deposit page because that's where the invalid message pops up. The reason for your message is because it's a sign up promo code, not a deposit promo code. You only needed to enter the code at sign up. Then the match bonus is automatically applied when you deposit.
In other words, if you signed up using this code, deposited, and didn't get the match, you should email customer service and ask them to manually apply the bonus. This has happened to many people, including my friend. Good luck!Comment -

Met the $3000 bonus requirements at Caesars. Made over $3,300...but, at the moment, can't withdraw because none of their limited withdrawal options work for me. I deposited the $3000 on my debit card, but their system is not allowing me to do online banking, ACH, or the Play + card.
What a joke.
E-mailed them a couple times and no response.
No live chat because of the mass of people in New York using Caesars.
No telephone number to call.
Just want to withdraw and leave.
The Governor should shut them down until they get their customer services issues fixed. It's sad.
Again, this is s LEGAL book, which serves the largest City in the country.

Correct. It would have been nice to have both FanDuel and DK in three different states (I'm 45 minutes away from all three, while living in one)...each with their own huge sign-up bonus.
Overall, NJ has spoiled me with all its options.

Yes. Fairfield County indeed. I've driven over Cuomo Bridge so many times over the past three years into NJ to get the free money. Now, I just go to Vista (over the New Canaan line).

I've made tons of money maxing out sign-up bonuses, that I can put on a clinic on the subject.
My advice for the semi risk-adverse folks like me.....always "reverse" your risk-free wager with another book to guarantee you make profit. But if it's bonus cash, that is better, and even the most risk-adverse people can just bet very small on a number of games, again, ensuring a profit.
Only one time I didn't reverse my risk-free bet, and I lost. Terrible feeling. Never again. I've played at every NJ book. It's free money if played correctly, and it's not difficult.Comment -
FanDuel actually gave me 1k after losing my bet even though I used them in NJ. I had to go to live chat to get it. Not sure if they made a mistake or not.
I waited the 3 days and no site credit was applied. That’s when I chatted with them and they gave it to me.

Caesars is awful. I've had two withdrawals so far, both took at least a full week (one was even longer, around MLK day). Maybe the ACH transfer option is quicker, but it's a joke. Sits as 'pending' the entire time right up until a week later when it's finally processed.Comment -

Let's say you get a "risk free" $1000 when you deposit $1000. You lose the first game. You then lose the second game. You are out $1000.
