Honestly I was promised it was more office and managing but no one's working, everybody is quitting over small stuff and the job takes so much of my time, not going to say what I do but the lead times before I work prior were 1 week and 48 hrs express and now it's within 2 weeks for express and months for normal, obviously alot of thinking for me to do but life's short and I seem to hate my job more each day
