Glad it's going well for u there. A bit of advice though, home break ins and invasion are astronomically high there even if you live more upscale. Dont take it being a gated community for granted. Even a cop who I knew who lived there told me personally his home is decked out with security. I hate guns and it's the first time in my life that I decided it was time to become an owner when I realized the police and alarm patrol cars were absolutely fukken useless.

Fair. Someone smacked into my car and they never showed up. I do split time there. You are right though- I won’t take things for granted. Our security and HOA are going up. My kids are young and I won’t say it’s forever but we are enjoying the ride.

Traffic way worse than it used to be, mainly because of how slow these people drive and the many, many accidents they cause.

I live by the beach. I see the ocean everyday and I love it. I'm a beach bum at heart. Flat desert dry heat was never really my cup of tea. To each their own I always say though. What ever floats your boat buddy!!

I’ve been here all week.

Definitely a lot different since Friday.

Monday - Thursday it was a light crowd. Friday all the jerkoffs came to town. Fremont loaded with Hawaiians (Hawaii football) staying at California casino. Raider fans everywhere acting like fukksticks

Downtown only place you can find good craps odds. Only a few shops still offer 3/2 BJ

Prices are insane at strip restaurants. I have rental car so I’ve been driving local places to eat.

Fremont casinos very very crowded this weekend. I say they have already recovered. It’s just a different crowd now
