Have to agree. Bookmaker took a major dive shortly after the onset of the pandemic. The customer service is pitiful. It’s like they find the most obnoxious and most immature agents possible. Thus far this season theyhave also taken 30+ minutes to grade a couple college football bets that were easy winners. They also have hardly any options outside of sides and totals for football. Disgraceful.

Agreed Baz before the recent fix. You could see everything now but but the layout was much smoother before.

Ever since they decided to take the live bets in house they grade after it is final. I mean only broke dik books do this. They used to have a shit ton of soccer games live, now they have like 4.

It is a disgrace. You would be paid immediately on live soccer matches the second a goal was scored to hit an over. Now I have to wait until the game is final and in some cases I have to go to live chat an hour after the game was a winner to ask these clowns why I haven't been paid. JJ must be the file clerk, that is the only excuse I will take.

Tf? Mine definitely doesn’t have that. Do I need to be on laptop/Pc? My laptop is like 5 years old which is basically a dinosaur in the computing community. Just got a new tablet last year and it doesn’t have that menu you have either.

I don't even have a laptop or pc. That's from my phone (Galaxy S21+). When I click "history" it takes me to this screen then I click, "this month" & that weekly drop down menu pops up from my last post
