Does anyone know what the T&Cs are. Can out of state gamblers sign up for the app and wager in state? If so, I'd drive down to Jersey for a free bet.

I just did a quick search and it looks like it's in 10 states or so.

It's a great max risk free bet, but the average Joe isn't putting in $5000 nor making a $5000 bet, risk-free or not.

Sounds like more of a "wow" worded promo, but how many will actually take advantage of it?

Yes, you can bet $100 and that's your risk-free bet, but that defeats the purpose of signing up for a $5000 promo.

Sounds too good to be true need more details. Also 99% of the forum doesn't have 5k to deposit anyway to get the bonus. Maybe 20 guys on the whole forum. What states offer this bonus NJ, NV, PA, IL, CO, MI whooo?

I already played at Will Hill. Can't even seem to login, I gotta figure this out. But I'd totally do this offer if I qualify even though I'm an existing customer.

Doesnt matter that you played at Will HILL, as long as you dont have an account at Caesars..

So if we bet $5,000 and lose- and get the $5,000 risk free bet. Win, then cash out. Can they just simply say- you abused our promotion and not pay?

Still good, but this is not risk-free. Notice that if you lose you get a FREE BET for $5,000, not cash. Big difference.

Well this is how most(all?) other USA books handle it too.

Nope. Fanduel and Barstool had actual cash refunds (with a rollover), not a free bet. And actually so did my Will Hill IL. That was $300 risk-free cash refund on loss.

No. You can max out at about 70% guaranteed. Freebet never as good as cash because you don't get your stake back.

If you make a 125/1 bet at 1% roi then you get over stake back long term.

they have good baseball dog prices I think you can get over 100% going like this maybe but for $5000 I guess you can't do it because of max win might be like 150k or something not sure.
So if you win you'd get $625,000. That's nice if you can do this 125 times lol.

I think the strategy would be to find a +500 dog or something like.

That's what William Hill did to a guy in Colorado. Player tried to immediately cash out and they confiscated his winnings. Colorado regulators even let them get away with it.

That's not true. I get free bets regularly at barstool and dk and i always get my stake back. Stake plus winnings. I dont understand how so many different people can have different results using these promos. Like the guy from CO that had his acct. confiscated after cashing out this promo. How does it work fine for some people and then others run into big problems. I dont get why that happens.

Do they still use the William Hill Log In (in the program)? That's why I quit Wm Hill, because I could only Log In on a smartphone which I hate doing. I did get their email and may check it out, but if it's set up EXACTLY like WH, the Log In button won't work on a computer.

All these books let you sign up and fund your account from outside the state. You just can’t place a wager until you are within the state border

So I assume if they let you signup from Canada, you should be good to go. If they don’t allow it, it probably won’t even let you register
