It's the BLT - "Butt Limbo Test".


With the introduction of trans athletes, the Olympic officials use this to determine if an athlete competes as a man or woman.
If the bar crosses over your a$$, then you are declared a "flat-a$$" and can only compete in the olympics as a man.

There are actually odds on some off-shore books on passing/failing the test for each athlete.
