1989 Gregg Jefferies Donruss Rated Rookie. The "can't miss kid". Probably one of the most mass produced set of cards of all time. Probably hoarded over 100 of his cards. Didn't understand supply and demand back in the day

Are they graded? If not, you might want to consider sending to PSA once their pricing costs settle down.
I've got some first edition Pokemon cards that I am waiting to get graded. One of the cards I have sold on ebay for $230,000 a couple of months ago. It was a PSA 10 but the market for those cards is through the roof.
If you guys have any laying around, grab them up. Even the commons are going for insane prices. Baseball cards pale in comparison to these cards, never seen anything like it. Tons of them laying around in attics and flea markets

They are in mint condition. They were put into a plastic case the day I bought them.

That dumb fvcking Red Grande card from 1990 or 91 pro set. Never did get it in a pack. Bought a shit load of the action pack boxes 1990 with emmit Smith's rookie card. Both were probably the most mass produced sets. The action pack were cool cards at the time. Young and dumb. Can remember trying to get the Thurman Munson card after his death but was real young than.

I had 4 Griff Jr's,same deal, got them from packs and straight to a card sleeve. Sent them to get graded and 2 came back 8's and 2 were 9's. Disappointed because the difference between a 9 and 10 is several thousand dollars. Never touched them so I thought they would be perfect. I was at the mercy of PSA, they control the majority of the market with Beckett not far behind.
Good luck but the odds of a 10 are very low

Just because you pull a card fresh out of a pack doesn't mean it's mint. Centering, edges, corners and surface are all taken into account. A lot of cards have centering and surface issues due to poor quality control. Nothing worse than pulling a big card only to have it badly off centered or some printing lines, dimples or scratches.
