I agree he's definitely guilty JJ but let's be practical.. He didn't kill anybody & he's gonna be 84 in 2 weeks. What's the sense in keeping him locked up at that age? Let the guy live out his last few years in peace as a social pariah while getting drained financially with a bunch of civil suits.

Shows that it was a Kangaroo court meant for a trial by media than an actual court trial following rules set up by the system.

Unreal the first judge is allowed to be a judge anymore after wasting everyone's time for the sake of public consumption. Same for the DA.

it was 12 days away and they changed prosecutors....previous told Cosby he would not prosecute...the new one jumped all over it to make a name for themselves and you have what we see now.....Cosby only ran his mouth as he was insutructed he was not being prosecuted....prosecutor whiffed and may get countersued IMO-went with the "right" decision over the "correct" legal decision...

His lawyer said this was the most unfair trial he's ever been a part of just for that reason.

He's 83 now and in bad health, he'll die soon regardless. He can't even walk. His days are numbered even though he's a free man now. When he dies then justice will be served. Hopefully it's soon.

I just don't understand why they didn't get a court order or even reduce it to a signed agreement in 2005. Everybody puts everything in writing, but something as important as this is just left to a press release and that's it?

Allowing the 5 women who never even reported their incident to testify was wrong. Maybe allow them to testify at sentencing but not at trial.

The 5 women were not material to the alleged crime in any way. Their alleged incidents were never even reported to police.
