And playing against a choker like Marc-André Fleury certainly helps.

Main problem right away is that the Habs haven't faced a forward group this good NOT EVEN CLOSE so far. Maybe Toronto is close, but Pointe probably most dangerous player in the game and Kucherov, Stamkos.....and even their other lines are dam good. I just don't know if they have enough to slow down that extreme speed....I don't see Toronto to be as fast either.

Then, Vassy is just as good as Price if not better. It will be a tough tough series for them to pull it off man.

The big advantage Montreal had against Vegas was how physical they were, they won’t have the advantage against Tampa, this isn’t the Tampa team that got swept by Colombus

Exactly, Tampa can do it all. Finesse and physical. If they beat TB, maybe biggest cup upset matchup all time regardless of what the line is IMO.

If they win a championship, you can say this.

But they aren't winning. And they reason they won't win is simple.

It’s still not clear how healthy Kucherov is, but obviously Tampa is clearly better even if he’s not close to healthy.

I would never actively cheer for any other Canadian team other than Calgary.

I think most hockey fans feel the same, although I dislike Tampa a lot.

Kucherov is fine. DIdn't you say Paul George wasn't healthy? Now all the sudden he's healthy? It sounds like you've never played sports in your life. One second a guy to you is not healthy, then the next game, they are healthy.

The way the human body works is injuries don’t last forever, they heal. It’s not clear at all if Kicherov is healthy, and he didn’t look healthy against the Islanders, Tampa only scored 1 goal.

                                        Most overrated goalie ever.

Teams just suck and shoot right at goalies.

The NHL should do the okay in tournament like the nba. The nba was a shit show in the playoffs and got almost everything wrong, they did get the okay in tournament right. The okay in tournament made the final several weeks of the regular season much more interesting.

I'm Canadian and a Leaf fan and no penetrating way would I cheer for the Canadiens, ever. The fact they eliminated the team I cheer for is extra reason to root against them. I'm on team Tampa. Watching Montreal lose will make me feel good. A Stanley Cup win by the Habs? I may want to jump in front of a bus.

I find it hard to believe Jets fans are cheering for the team that knocked them out. Canadas team? No such thing. Its not like America is cheering for Tampa.

Teams just suck and shoot right at goalies.

Next year montreal won't even make the playoffs.
Agree with this. So often a long run just drains a team and they regress the next year. Plus the fact they will have to survive vs not just the other Canadian teams will make it tough. A Canadiens loss in the finals and missing the playoffs next season is a wet dream come true for me.

The play in tournament for the final 5-6 spots in each conference would make the regular season more interesting.
