Permit me to just throw out a few points to argue homie: yeah, the Bucks will be favored over the 76ers or the Hawks (for whom I am rooting) simply because they are better. Something I don't understand however is the infatuation with the Nets. Yeah, they have three big name players, but that isn't the same as three star players, and it isn't even close to meaning that it is a star team. Hell, I'll argue that the Nets had a better chance of winning with KD running the show, Harden deferring to Durant, and Irving just watching, as opposed to all three of them playing. Both Durant and Harden can carry a team, but we come to the old cliche of "there is only one basketball". After seeing that phenomenal game that Durant played in game 7, can you really say that it would have been a better scenario if he had to share the rock with a healthy Harden? And as for Irving--that seems to me that it's a case of addition by subtraction. These Nets have some big names, but they aint getting a title anytime soon. Durant is a stud, but something just doesn't click with that team. All that being said--Go Clips!
