I think Portugal is going to be more fresh today. They are playing different guys in midfiled. They will try to force OT and use their bench to win then. Belgium's bench is suspect. So the starters have to win it.

I think draw is the best bet.

Um, he has the only scoring chance in the game so far for Portugal. Belgium is playing two CBs on him at all times, which gives the team and other players more space to operate. I think you're supposed to understand soccer?
