Some simply aren’t built for the game.
You can go on a win streak at your current unit size, and when things get choppy and stabilize, you might be ready to make some real money, raising the stakes at the new bankroll level.
But bettors would rather use the money to buy a new toy or something, sending them back to square one.

2 things imo get a lot of people in trouble playing too many games on a given day, you never need more than 4 to 5 at the most and playing games well in advance and not getting a power number on a game.Comment -
Putting an arbitrary number on how many games to play in a day is a mistake.
You play what qualifies.
If there are too many, and there is a concern that too much risk is put out at once, you don't lower the unit size or arbitrarily eliminate plays, you make two-pick parlays, where you can decrease your risk and increase your reward.
Mathematically, this is what is optimal and the best way to handle it.Comment -

what i do here in normal times i do it as a normal job, monday thru friday and then do my own thing on the weekend to recharge me back up.if i want to put in some over time with the games it my choice for the weekend and if i may add when im away for the weekend i want nothing to do with games or watching them, i know when to flip the switchComment -

Need to show discipline and control with your bet sizing, embrace the grind!! Also need to keep your daytime job and or an alternative source of income in your life.
Gambling should always be just a fun hobby on the side. A challenge and not a constant source of monthly income that you rely on year after year even if you are good at it..
