Not sure what he means by "big name cappers" though.

I will say this, we absolutely used to throw bad plays, losing plays, and parlays with lines that would not beat the closer in order to avoid or delay being accurately profiled. We called it "throwing the books a bone."

In the early 2000's those curveballs were a regular part of stuffing the books.

Times have changed a bit though.

Truthfully though, I think that's why the tout industry is all about advertising. It's a constant need to find more suckers.
