Because that was the old site. This is the new site. They are just buying the site. That was something SBR provided. They are just buying the site. Maybe they took that into consideration into buying, maybe they didn't.

That seems unlikely. You have to consider the way odds dropped across the net and same day SBR announced. This was a coordinated move.
