cashed set 1-2 today. I was with a customer and didnt have chance to bet set 3 and ended 6-4. Was great match for me

Isner winning only 4 games against Medvedev makes little sense.
He probably just quit in the 1st set.
Personally thought the 1st set would go to a tiebreaker.

100% agree. that's the only best method i know of that can consistently win... the drawbacks are high juice and high juice.
