Espn sunk when it went to politics and being all about gender neutral. It was the guys buying cars, trucks and beer that gave them their ratings.
I can't wait until some 7', 275lb dude named Terry= Teri, plays women's hoops and wins the nat'l championship. Espn can do a week of shows on "Teri"

Grew up thinking Sportscenter was the best thing in life...

Now I haven’t watched more than 2 mins straight of any Sportscenter cast in the last 10 years.

I love women's tennis, softball, and Volleyball.

But women's basketball is pure garbage.

It's as exciting as watching paint dry.

If more of their players were like Paige Bueckers it could make a small difference

Yeah, women playing some sports is watchable. Basketball is not one of them.

I did see some of th elite 8 for them. It’s awful. Literally no strategy or anything. Also no talent. Need all their strength for a layup.

It’s a disgrace that it’s ever on a major network.

Exactly. Nothing to see here. 95% of the time, if they are broadcasting a game, that is going to be the first score showing on the website. It would be dumb as hell if they didnt promote it.

This happens all the time during NBA season on the nights when the NBA is on TNT. Have to scroll past 50 college scores before getting to the NBA stuff, cuz that what they are showing.

i am tired of espn's website having their scoreboards always delayed or even revert back to an old score from like an hour ago. i now use nhl.com and nba.com for my scores nightly. planning on doing the same for mlb.com tomorrow.

Of course not.

HMan - everything is not a political statement. Even if it was, why do you take it as a political statement? As was previously posted, ESPN should most definitely promote the games on their network.

I just checked and would you believe that the Uconn women drew large viewers? There were also more social media posts about Uconn/Baylor than any other game, men or woman this year. I know it may seem strange to many but people are indeed tuning into women's basketball. Maybe a lot of gamblers? Our AAU coach told the players to watch the Uconn/Baylor game and take notes.
