Small operation 25 guys 500 max bets all cash no online transactions or betting site. Took wagers over the phone wrote tickets & thumbnail to board old school shit back in the early 2000’s. Of course things went bad when a degenerate losing gambler became a rat owing a modest 5k. All credit accounts then, I would only do post up accounts today.
