Lived in Texas for a year or so when I was a kid. 4th grade I believe. Have some friends who moved there a couple years back that have been posting their experience and it is unbelievable. Texas one of the most unique places in America, a breed of their own. Cold weather apparently their kryptonite. This far worse even than the Atlanta storm a few years back where people abandoned cars on the highway like it was a zombie apocalypse.
