Paul can't throw shots like Lawler. Even if he could, the fat gloves will dissipate the effect. I'll side with the guy who has been in deep water before. Paul has heavy feet and atrocious defense. This chick is very nieve and should have seen the writing on the wall. She said the dude was bringing different chicks in his bedroom and banging them daily.. Why did she think for a minute he wouldn't do the same to her?

I completely agree with you about Ben vs. Lawler. But Paul is no Robbie Lawler. Paul wouldn't last 30 seconds in a boxing match against Lawler.
Ben has stated that he is going to get in close, make the fight ugly, and try to frustrate Paul. That seems doable. I could be wrong. I didn't bet the farm. But Paul is a joke until he steps in against any boxer.

I know but Askren is a pure wrestler and have you ever seen him box? He comes forward mostly with hands up and with zero head movement and looks to immediately double leg take down his opponent in MMA matches..

I can't see Askren out boxing the taller guy in this one. Maybe though, who frigg'n knows? Askren will leave his chin out there that's all I know.

Between the promotion itself, the hand-picking, and whatever other inner workings exist, it's going to take a miracle for Askren to win, I'm now thinking. As always, anything can happen, but I absolutely cannot see Askren knocking him out. I also can't picture a scenario where Askren gets the nod in any kind of close fight.

But I have no idea if Paul can get a KO (I'm leaning no) or decision. And as mentioned above, I definitely can see a possible DQ along the way. Askren is getting his money.. bad boxing skills and potential lack of any motivation don't sound like a good combo.
